Hell is when no one supports you, even when you beg for help. Hell is to watch those closest to you parade your abusers and blame you for your own abuse.
Hell is when you realize that the abusers knew exactly what they were doing, and their enablers tap-danced on your soul to defend them, to lie on their behalf.
Hell is to be shunned for merely speaking the truth, for standing up for yourself, once.
Hell is to have your creativity and intelligence crippled. When you have to shrink yourself to survive.
Hell is when you’re in a constant state of stress and violence, and they call you crazy.
